NATURAL RECYCLING FOR THE SAKE OF THE ENVIRONMENT
The processing of biowaste, such as kitchen waste, produces:
• Liquid phase as biogas substrate for wet fermenters
• Solid phase for energy recovery
Digestate from the dry fermenter (fed with biowaste and green waste as substrate) can be processed into the following fractions:
• Solid phase for post-rotting and ultimately compost
• Liquid phase as agricultural fertilizer
Conversion of the organic matter present in the biomass into biogas and clean agricultural fertilizer
The ALLRECO screw press can be used both as a pre-treatment step for biowaste and food waste before the wet fermenter and as a post-treatment step for digestate after the dry fermenter. Equipped with the feed hopper, it can break down the feedstock and then separate it into a solid and a liquid fraction. The focus is not on recovering as much biogas potential as possible from the feedstock, but on providing a clean biogas substrate with a single machine, without pre-treatment, which subsequently requires no further post-treatment after the digester.
