Strong in pre-shredding for all types of wood

Whether bulky waste, industrial wood waste, waste from wood processing, wood packaging, construction and demolition timber, railroad sleepers and much more: even the most demanding materials are no longer a challenge for the tried-and-tested CERON series thanks to the powerful drive, wear-resistant roller and comb teeth, various equipment options and a wide range of roller lengths, drive capacities and tooth shapes. The single-roll shredder can be adjusted to almost any material requirement and all typical pre-shredding tasks.

Completely sophisticated and efficient operation

During the shredding process, the material is held by an adjustable, hydraulically controlled counter comb while it is torn downwards by a roller fitted with teeth. The pressure and distance at which the counter comb holds the material can be adjusted. Various shredding systems offer the right solution for every material. The shredding tools made of cast steel or forged special steel are particularly durable. Both the entire shredding system and its individual elements are also easy to replace.

Intelligent, powerful and needs-based technology

The CERON series combines robust technology with an intelligent drive concept. In combination with the latest frequency converter technology, the three-phase motor enables the machine to be started under full load, the speed to be adjusted and the roller to be reversed. The modular design, the patented Dopp-Lock® system and the Easy Access Concept of the CERON models ensure maximum ease of maintenance and service and therefore a long service life.
