The ALLRECO individual solution for residual waste

The professionals for stationary recycling machines based in Velbert, who have been operating under the name ALLRECO since June, have just proven once again that the development of complex plant concepts and their punctual commissioning at the customer's site do not have to be a contradiction in terms.

‍Challenge: Residual waste

The customer called - and ALLRECO came: Mansie Westerstede landfill in the far north, about 20 km from Oldenburg, takes care of pretty much all types of waste produced by homes and businesses. But in this project, ALLRECO's long-time customer was concerned exclusively with efficient and professional residual waste processing. The old plant no longer corresponded to the latest state of the art - and the current legal requirements must also be served in the long term. Replacing individual machines was out of the question for Mansie Westerstede: a completely thought-out and turnkey plant was needed, which would provide everything from the pre-shredder to the electromagnet to the screening drum.

These questions form the foundation of every customer solution that ALLRECO delivers, explains and puts into operation. But before it was ready, ALLRECO employees Robert Mücklich (project development) and Jörg Siekmeyer (processing) worked intensively on this project for several months.

It should be flexible, powerful and easy to handle

The Mansie landfill has provided clear specifications for the new plant: The various components must be capable of handling or shredding about 50 to 70 tons per hour and about 44,000 tons per year of residual waste and some commercial waste. For this purpose, the plant had to be versatile, simple and powerful. ALLRECO accepted the challenge and designed a complete plant individually tailored to Mansie's requirements. The heart of the plant is the CERON TYPE 256 with 315 kW, L-tooth and automatic contaminant discharge, which brought the input material almost consistently to below 250 mm. The stationary primary shredder impressed above all with its high throughput capacity, lumpy material shredding and low energy consumption. Perfect for hot days: the integrated humidifying device to reduce dust emissions. Electric excavator, conveyor system, overbelt electromagnet as well as the stationary screening machine SST 725 especially for large volumes rounded off the turnkey plant concept. Dismantling of the old plant as well as erection and commissioning of the new recycling solution for residual waste processing were completed within the specified timing by March 2021 - the best prerequisites for long-term customer satisfaction.
