SST 720
The SST 720 provides a really large and long screening drum – and thus plenty of screening area that is always optimally utilized thanks to the controlled material feed system. This in turn ensures ideal screening results.
Great accessibility due to large safety doors
Very rugged frame constructed of thick-walled section tubes
Speed-regulated direct drive with standard geared motors facilitates optimum adaptation of process and adjustment of screening quality
Increased screening performance thanks to guided material handling in the screening drum
Horizontal installation of machine saves space for plant projects
Optimum processes at all times
SST 720 – Saves space in spite of large screening drum
Special Features
The drum of the SST 720 has a diameter of 2 m and a length of approx. 7 m, providing a screening surface of 38 m² that is fully utilized thanks to the patented material infeed that is controlled in line with machine loading.
To cater to the different areas of use, ALLRECO offers a variety of different mesh sizes to choose from for the screening drum. The machine may also be combined, e.g., with air separators or shredders from ALLRECO. This enables it to deliver consistently good results when screening compost, soils, light-weight building rubble, household waste, commercial waste, plastic, glass, paper, wood, biomass, sand, gravel, scrap or slag.
The screw is positioned internally, permitting a horizontal installation of the machine. Power is effectively and mechanically transferred by the direct sprocket wheel drive with geared motors to the screening drum’s body. The enclosed design of the drum housing ensures that the emissions from the SST 720are not released to the environment but are removed using extraction devices in a controlled manner.
The screening drums of the SST 720 are identical to those used in our mobile machines and are thus interchangeable. In this context, there are a wide range of screening drums available that ensure the right drum for every application and maximum flexibility, particularly for continuous operation requirements.
